WBC Women & Youth Membership Application Instructions

Step 1 – Fill Both Forms Separately

Applicants are required to complete the following two forms separately:

Form Part 1:

WBC Women & Youth Application Form

This form includes:

  • Personal Information

  • Business Information

  • Membership Category

  • Skills & Experience

  • Terms & Conditions Agreement

Form Part 2:

WBC Membership Documents Form

This form includes uploading:

  • Personal Photo

  • CNIC Front & Back

  • Passport Copy

  • Company Registration Certificate

  • NTN Certificate

  • Membership Fee Bank Payment Receipt

  • Company Logo

Important Instructions

  1. Please fill all required fields carefully and correctly.

  2. Upload clear and high-quality documents only.

  3. All information must match your official documents.

  4. Incomplete applications may be rejected.

  5. Download the PDF file after completing each form.

  6. Submit both downloaded PDF files to our official email address.

Submission Process

7.Upload Member of Chamber of Commerce / Business Organizations certificate/letter

After completing both forms:

✅ Send both PDF files to our official email address

Required Email Submission:

Terms & Conditions

  • All membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Membership is valid for one (1) year.

  • Applicants must provide genuine and correct information.

  • WBC reserves the right to approve or reject any application.

  • Fake or incomplete documents may result in cancellation.

  • Membership approval process may take several working days.

  • Digital verification may be conducted by WBC management.

Important Notice

  • Payment is not accepted in cash.

  • All membership fees are non-refundable./ Payment is not accepted in cash.

After successful submission and approval:

✅ Your Official WBC Certificate will be issued
✅ Your Official WBC Membership Card will be issued

The applicant agrees that the WBC Membership Card, Certificate, Identity Card, Verification Documents, and all issued materials will only be used for lawful, ethical, and professional purposes.

The applicant further declares that:

  • The WBC Membership Card and Certificate will not be used in any illegal, criminal, fraudulent, political, or unlawful activities.

  • Any misuse of WBC documents, branding, identity, certificate, or membership materials will be the sole responsibility of the applicant.

  • WBC reserves the full right to immediately cancel or terminate membership without prior notice in case of misuse or false information.

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee approval of membership.

  • The applicant understands that WBC is an independent business networking and professional platform.

The applicant also agrees that:

  • No legal claim, compensation claim, financial claim, or legal action shall be made against WBC regarding membership approval, rejection, suspension, cancellation, certificate issuance, or card issuance.

  • WBC management retains the complete authority to approve, reject, suspend, or cancel any membership application at its discretion.

  • All submitted documents and information are provided voluntarily by the applicant.

By submitting the application form, the applicant fully accepts all Terms & Conditions and Legal Policies of WBC.

Processing Time:
You will receive your WBC Certificate and Membership Card within 21 to 25 working days after successful submission and approval of documents.

Digital copies may also be sent through Email.
