WBC International is not a government authority and does not claim to represent any government, ministry, embassy or public institution unless specifically authorized in writing by the relevant authority.

This Constitution & Governance Framework explains the general purpose, structure and governance approach of WBC International for public information.

It does not replace or override the company's legally filed corporate documents, membership agreement, Membership Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, partnership agreements, Joint Venture agreements or any other applicable legal or commercial document.
