Before uploading your documents, please ensure that you have completed the WBC International Services Provider Application Form. All required documents must be uploaded as clear, high-quality color copies in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF format (where applicable). Every document must be valid, readable, complete, and free from any alterations or damage.

The Company Registration Certificate should be issued by the relevant government authority. If available, applicants are encouraged to upload their Chamber of Commerce Membership Certificate, Business Organization Membership Certificate, or an official Company Letterhead. Please also upload your official company logo in high resolution. If a payment has been made, the Bank Receipt must clearly display the transaction details and payment reference.

Before downloading the final PDF, carefully review all uploaded information and documents to ensure their accuracy. Once completed, download the application package and submit the signed application form together with all required supporting documents to WBC International for evaluation.

Required Documents

Applicants are required to upload a recent Passport-Size Photograph, National Identity Card (Front and Back), Passport (if available), Company Registration Certificate, Tax Registration or NTN Certificate, Bank Payment Receipt, Chamber of Commerce Membership Certificate, Business Organization Membership Certificate, or an Official Company Letterhead (where applicable), and the official Company Logo. These documents are essential for identity verification and company validation during the approval process.

Important Notice

By submitting this application, you confirm that all information and documents provided are true, accurate, and complete. WBC International reserves the right to verify all submitted information and supporting documents before granting approval. Submission of this application does not automatically guarantee acceptance as an Official WBC International Services Provider. Applications containing incomplete, incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information may be rejected without prior notice.

For security and verification purposes, a unique WBC Services Provider Identification Number, Barcode, and QR Code are automatically generated for every application. All uploaded documents, images, barcode, QR code, and applicant information will automatically be included in the downloadable PDF application package.

After downloading the completed PDF, email the application along with all required supporting documents to wbcisd@gmail.com. Please use the subject line:

"WBC International – Services Provider Application – [Company Name]"

Only complete applications with all required documents will be reviewed by the WBC International Evaluation Committee. Incomplete applications may result in processing delays or rejection.

Important: Each applicant company must register two (2) company representatives as WBC Elite Members. Please upload the WBC Elite Membership Certificate (PDF) for Representative 1 and Representative 2 before submitting your application. Both Elite Membership Certificate PDFs are mandatory. Applications submitted without these documents will be considered incomplete and may not be processed.

Important Payment Notice

All application fees, registration fees, membership fees, and any other payments made to WBC International (Pvt.) Ltd. – World Business Collaboration (WBC) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including application withdrawal, cancellation, rejection, suspension, or termination of the application process.

By submitting this application and making payment, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the WBC payment policy and accept that no refund or transfer of fees will be made once payment has been received by WBC International.

The WBC Membership Portal Website – www.wbcportal.com is currently under construction.

Until the portal is fully completed and officially launched, all applicants, companies, organizations, and prospective WBC International Services Providers are requested to complete the required WBC International Services Provider Application Form and submit the completed form along with all required supporting documents through the current designated submission process.
